ABOUT

As part of the Navajo County Victims’ Rights Symposium 2024, the Navajo County Victim Services Department is sponsoring a Poster/Video PSA Contest for high school students in Navajo County to help educate kids and teens on how to be safe while using technology.

In addition to this contest, we will bring in training available to local youth to educate them about the dangers that exist online and practical ways kids and parents can be safe. This training will take place during the Navajo County Attorney's Office Victims' Rights Symposium on May 17, 2024, at the Northland Pioneer College campus in Snowflake.

Contest winners will receive a cash prize of up to $500 and be recognized during the symposium awards ceremony luncheon. The winning PSA will promoted by the Navajo County Attorney's Office and utilized to help educate the public on this very important issue.
